Samsung S8 Active

The charging port always says moisture detected. Wont allow me to charge phone properly this is the 2nd time and second s8 active. Just wondering is there another way to fix besides getting another phone.

Hi, @Nicko361,

 

We'd love to help with this. There are two known fixes for the moisture detected error. First, trying using a cotton swab to clean the port as well as you can on the inside. Be very gentle with it when you do so.

If you're still receiving the error, connect your S8 to the charger. When you receive the error message, press and hold the Power/Lock button, then select Restart>Restart. If that doesn't help, please let us know.

My S8 Active has 2 problems. The voicemail notification will have a 1 on it and I can delete the voicemail but when I go to check again there will be a 1 but no stored voice messages.

 

I have an email from February that keeps coming back even though I delete and delete the trash as well. If I have emails and delete them all the Feb. email disappears but then returns when I get a new email. I also click on it, by itself, and hit delete and it will not go away.

More info for my email about my 2 problems. I have done the reset of the phone 2 times with no luck.
