Q: Do the S10's come with a screen protector?

A: Yes, all 3 models come with a preinstalled screen protector.

 

Q: Do the promotional EarBuds automatically come with the S10's? - Limited Time Offer* 

A: No, they have to be redeemed online and will be ship separately from the devices. The device must be ordered between 2/21/2019 and 3/7/2019 to qualify. This is Samsung Promotional offer and only available while supplies last

 

Q: When will the phones be available for purchase?

A: Online pre-order begins on Thursday, February 21, 2019. It will also be available for purchase online and in store starting March 8, 2019.

 

Q: What is the difference between the S10e, S10, and S10+?

A: The main difference is that the S10+ will have the largest screen size. It will also have additional memory size and color options. The S10e is the smallest but has most of the same features such as the Infinity Display, All-Day Battery, and Wireless PowerShare.

 

Q: Is a wireless charger included?

A: The Samsung Galaxy S10e, S10, and S10+ are all compatible with wireless chargers but one is not included with the device. In the box, a charging block and cable come with it.

 

Q: Does this phone come with Galaxy Buds?

A: Galaxy Buds are not included in the box, only wired earphones. There is a pre-order offer to get the Galaxy Buds free when you buy the Galaxy S10 or S10+ phone.

 

Q: How do I redeem the free Galaxy Buds offer when I preorder the Galaxy S10?

A: Preorder the Samsung Galaxy S10 or S10+. When you receive your new device, download the Shop Samsung app, and follow the instructions to redeem the offer. Offer is available while supplies last.

 

Q: Is the S10 compatible with 5G?

A: The 5G compatible version will be available for purchase later this year.

 

Q: How can I keep and transfer my contacts to my new phone?

A: First, make sure to back up your data to Google Cloud or Samsung Cloud. The Samsung Smart Switch app can transfer contacts, photos, and more to your new Galaxy phone. You can also go to settings and select Backup and restore, but this will use the last saved backup. Q: What are my payment plan options?

A: You can pay off your phone using the 30-month or 24-month installment plans. There is also the No Contract option where the full amount is paid upfront.
