Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge - Unlocking

I recently tried to complete the forum to submit an unlock request. However, there is an error when I input my IMEI from my phone:

 

Looks like the IMEI number you entered doesn’t match an AT&T device. Try entering it again. Dial *#06# on your mobile phone to make sure you have the right IMEI.

 

Is it possible, even though I purchased my phone with a plan through AT&T, that my device may be already unlocked?

Hello @Dementa.

 

We’ve got answers. It is unlikely your device would be unlocked, so we’d like to explore the error message. Did you re-enter the IMEI and get the same result? Does the device meet all of our eligibility requirements including being used on an AT&T account for 60 days postpaid or 6 months for PREPAID? Let us know. First of all, thanks for your reply.

 

Second, I think I found my answer on my own and that may be because I upgraded early (though, only a month early) and it has only been about 4 or 5 days. It may not fit this eligibility requirement:

 

Wait 14 days after the upgrade to unlock your old device if you upgraded early. Or, wait 30 days if you have a business account.

 

I will check back if it still doesn't work.

Hello i requested for unlock my Samsung galaxy s7 adge. And waiting about 2 days but nit yet result. I don't rwmwmrem even my request number. What i have to do?
