I have a Samsung Galaxy 9s Plus from AT&T and the software is available however I am unable to download it on my phone. The software settings says it is up to date but it is the previous update and not the 9.0 pie I've also tried downloading it on my computer to my phone with Smart Switch an the update is not available there either.
Thank you for reaching out to us! We'd love to help. First, we'd like for you to try our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool. Select your device to begin. Then select Software update beneath Device/software issues. This will run you through a series of instructions, which may enable you to download the latest software.
Since you've already mentioned using Smart Switch, you may need to perform a factory reset. Do this if the previous troubleshooting doesn't work. If you're unfamiliar with the process, you can visit our Device Support page. There, select your device once again. Then, navigate to: Explore tutorials & video > Troubleshooting > Reset device > Factory reset data. Be sure to backup/save your data before doing this.
