Replacement phone?
I recently received a new phone from att through my insurance.....my question is did this come with the pre installed screen protector? I cant tell and I was wondering if anyone else has received a phone from assurion.

Your device comes like it would new out of the box without accessories. However, your device may have a thin removable film used for shipping. If you see it - it peels right off from a corner. Please let us know if we can help with setup. Have a great Labor Day!

Um, Kenneth, some phones come with a pre-installed screen protector and it’s NOT to be removed.
@skey77 If your eyes are middle aged like my own, ask someone with younger eyes or ask Asurion. Phones with an onscreen fingerprint sensor come from the manufacturer with a protector that should not be removed.
Phones without a on screen fingerprint sensor would come with a removable screen protector, so you can install your own if you wish.
