Problems with Note 3 since OS update

Ever since a software update was done on my note 3 a couple of days I have been having problems. For examples there isn't a toggle switch to turny data on or off. I can't even download a app to use like I have done in the past. I am being told to update my att but it won't let me do that. There was a issue if my phone numbers being mixed up, after restarting my phone that problem was fixed. I had rollover data minutes some how those just vanished it's not even showing my roll overs.

Updating your device should not affect your roll over data. If you change plans, it will be lost for the month. You'll have to contact customer service to find out what happened there.


As for your other issues, have you done a factory reset? If you search the forum, you'll find that a factory reset will fix 9 out of 10 devices that are acting up. Be sure to backup anything you want to keep first, as everything will be wiped.
