Phone IMEI # not compatible

Note 9

Model SM-N960F

The phone is compatible with all network bands required, but when I enter the IMEI # the website says my phone is incompatible. Does anyone know why?

Good morning @pswilson,

Allow us to lend a helping hand. Visit our Bring your own device page to check if your device is compatible with our network.

If your device is not compatible, we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer. Thank you.

Re: Phone IMEI # not compatible

The phone will work it just wont get LTE because of the IMEI the phone has.  You can buy a 30 dollar prepaid phone that is LTE compliant and have them add it to your account then stick the sim in the note 9
