Note 9 wont show name of contacts when they call
A few days ago I started noticing that instead of seeing my contacts names when they called me I was only seeing their phone numbers. I have a note 9. How do I resolve this so I know who's calling me?

Hello @Aprildeniserice,
We've seen this issue affecting some of our other customers recently. One thing that has worked for them is disabling the Call Protect application via the settings. If the application has already been disabled, please download and enable the application again, power cycle your device, then disable it once more. Let us know if this helps.
