Note 4 does not prompt to enter unlock code after Sim inserted
Att has provided me with the unlock code. I followed the instructions but with no avail.
Once I inserted the T-mobile sim card in the Note 4, it only allow for Emergency calls only. It does not prompt to enter the unlock code.
I contacted Att about this several times and was told to contact Samsung which I did. Samsung told me that ATT has to provide me with an App to be able to enter the unlock code.
Is there a way to do this, please?

Try this without a SIM card.
Open dial pad and enter
#7465625*638#
This should bring up pop up for your code

I did that and input the code from ATT. I received the message "lock unsuccessful".
