No one can hear me
When placing or receiving calls on my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone, the recipient of the call or the caller cannot hear me without using the speaker. Is there a fix for this.

The obvious things to check is to make sure that you took the clear protective shipping film off your phone. It tends to cover the built-in microphones and can cause this type of problem.
Assuming you've done that and still have problems, make sure that you don't have any pocket lint, or anything else in the headphone jack. It could be shorting out and making your phoen think that the heapset is plugged in, even if it isn't.
