But after 2 days they didn't send an email to me

But he said just wating your email.
My account and balance is all right

After submitting your unlock request, have you checked to see the status update? Have you made sure that your device has met all eligibility requirements in order to be unlocked?
You can access the AT&T Unlock Status Portal by providing the device IMEI and request number to see if your device unlock is still processing or is completed.
