I cannot unlock my husband's Galaxy J3. We requested the unlock code, and got it in an email which didn't include any instructions on how to unlock it. When we put the note SIM in, we entered the unlock code and we got a message that the unlock code was invalid. I have called AT&T twice and all they can give me are two PUK codes which also do not work. I have called Samsung twice and they say it is carrier locked by AT&T. Please help, my husband's phone is practically brand new, only a couple of months old.
