Last update made all buttons not work
Hello, I have a samsung j7 and the latest att update has made my phone stop working properly. The back button only works for native apps and internet, the left side touch button works but it brings the swipable menu up behind whatever you're looking at. I can still tap "close all apps" but it's a guessing game, I've gotten good though. Please help, thank you

Thank you for reaching out. We'd love to try to help. If you haven't yet, press and hold the Power/Lock button, select Restart when the option appears, and select Restart to confirm. If this doesn't help, you may want to perform a factory reset. If you do this, though, all data saved on your phone will be lost. Back everything up first, just to be safe.
