Hello, @frogisimo,
We'd love to help with this. In most cases, accessed voicemail messages that are not saved will be deleted after thirty days. Pressing 9 to save the message will grant another thirty days. If the message has been deleted, it is possible that the voicemail can be recovered. Take a look at the steps to recover deleted voicemail. Scroll down to additional information.
