I am sorry you are having trouble placing calls with your Galaxy device. I am more than pleased to check into this for you!
I completely understand how important it is to be able to place calls on your Galaxy as soon as possible. The best thing to try first is our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. After opening the link, please select your make and model device. Next please select Phone calls, under Service/network issues and follow the prompts to troubleshoot the device. Sir, Galaxy Tab E after unlock, i cant make any call and not able to receive any call, because its showing NumberSync. plz help me....
This user is not from the USA so they wont beable to use numbersync... @SaviHassan You wont be able to use this tablet for calls its not made to do that without numbersync which is a ATT only feature.

Please read the accepted solution.
You will have to use Skype or similar app. It’s not usable as a phone unless used on At&t with a compatible phone.
