We can help. We have a group text limit of 10 people, so if you are trying to send a text to more than 9 people it may give you an error message. If there are less than 10 recipients, we recommend using our Troubleshoot Device tool. Select your device and then under ‘Service/network issues’ choose ‘Messaging.’ Let us know if that does not resolve the issue so that we can do further troubleshooting. Thanks for reaching out!
