I have been trying to update the software on my Note 4 N910A from 5.1.1 to Marshmallow since a lot of my basic apps have stopped working as the support for Android 5 is no longer done. When I go to about device and hit software update, I am not being redirected to the Marshmallow update. I would appreciate your help in this regard.
We'd love to help with this. You need to force the update on your device as it's gone so long without an update. To do this, you'll need to go to a Samsung Experience Shop in Best Buy if there's one near you.
Have a great week!

Is there any way to update my Android version manually? I also have the AT&T galaxy note 4 (N910A) that I bought in 2014. It still has Android 5.0.1. My problem is that I don't have an AT&T SIM card so checking for updates does not find anything. Can I manually download the new update and install it on my phone?
