Contacts and caller ID only shows phone #
My family all have Samsung phones, 5 phones total. An update was pushed out and now our contact names don't appear when someone calls or when dialing out.

Hello @Jbumgardner,
We've seen this issue affecting some of our other customers recently. One thing that has worked for others is disabling the Call Protect application via the settings. If the application has already been disabled, please download and enable the application again, power cycle your device, then disable it once more. Let us know if this helps.
