Cell service

AT&T dont have email, and my service network is and has been down for two days now. I have no other phone to call from to see what is going on! Everytime theres a mild thunderstorm everyone with AT&T in town loose cell service. You say not to use personal info, so, this issue is in Crandon Wi. Fix it please! I need cell service, im a single mom of two and Im taking care of my cripple father. Let get to it AT&T!

We like to advise that you download our Mark the Spot app which not only reports detailed information of your network experience but alerts you to any updates to the network. Plus, you're able to view reports of similar experiences in your area. 

 

Also, should your experience return, you're more than welcome to use Wi-Fi Calling as an alternate calling and texting option.
