My Galaxy S7 is currently running marshmallow 6.0. When I go into settings and check for updates, it says my operating system is up to date. It does not give me the option to update to nougat. Anyone else have this problem?
We'd love to see if we can help with updating your S7. Here is things to know about updating the software on your device through AT&T. Take a look at the requirements to update. If you device doesn't meet the requirements, you won't be able to receive the update through AT&T. If everything matches though, you can troubleshoot the issue using the AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Sign into your myAT&T account, click on the preceding link, click on Software update under Device/software issues, and follow the steps provided. Let us know if this helps.
