Can’t send or receive text (MMS) messages or picture attachments?
I have a samsung galaxy j6 through safelink. Calls and internet, facebook all that work but it keeps telling me my messages failed. I can't send or get messages. I have reset everything twice.

Allow us to lend a helping hand. Try walking through some troubleshooting steps in our Troubleshoot and Resolve tool. just select your device and the issue that you're experiencing.
