P.S. : I don't care if calls not on my list go to voice mail.

Turn on ‘do not disturb’ and set the exception to ‘calls from contacts’.

Thank you for reaching out to us today. This currently isn't possible on Android; you would need to block unwanted numbers manually. However, you can add yourself to the National Do Not Call Registry.
