Call failed

OCalling a number. During first ring get disconnect and message “call failed”. It always does this why?

We understand that you're experiencing issues with calling a number. We'd be happy to assist you with this! For starters, what device are you using? This will allow us to see whether this is a common issue or not. 

You can also try basic troubleshooting options using our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool. Select your device to get started. On the next page, select Phone calls beneath Service/network issues. Let us know if this helps!
