Allow us to assist. It's possible to bypass the unlock pattern by signing in to your Google Account.
If you've already entered the pattern incorrectly 5 times a 30 seconds block will occur on your device. At the bottom of the screen, select pattern lock Forgotten once it appears. Choose Google Account to unlock your device.
We like to advise that the unlock pattern is a security feature to secure the privacy of the owner of the device.
