I exchanged my Samsung Galaxy S8 for a Galaxy S10, using the monthly payment plan that allows for a phone exchange every 2 years. I returned my Galaxy 8 in impeccable condition, no water damage, no scratches, fully functioning. I have never reported my phone as stolen, either. AT&T returned the device with a note stating Blacklist Reject and adding a charge of $125. I called AT&T and no reason was provided for the blacklist status.
Let's look into that for you. I'm sending you a Private Message (PM) which you can find by clicking the Forums Inbox (envelope icon) in the banner. Please respond to the message from ATTCares and verify your requested account details so we may review your case.
I look forward to assisting you.
