Advanced messaging not working
After update this morning my text messages no longer show typing/delivered/read. The advanced messaging is on. I've turned my phone on and off. I've turned it on and off while restarting. Only change was update. And yes my phone is updated. It's a note9 btw.

We can help with that. Navigate to Messages > More > Settings > Advanced Messaging and make sure read status is enabled.
Also, clear the thread between you and your contact and start a new one as previous messages sent and received before the update may be affected.
What's more, check whether Enhanced LTE Services is enabled by navigating to Settings > Data usage > Mobile data > Enhanced LTE Services.

messaging like before between me and my husband. We have same phones. No
changes except for the update

Thank you for informing us. Did your husband's cell phone get a software update as well, or did only your device get the software update? What software version are you and your husband using on both of the devices? Are you able to use the Advanced Messaging feature while text messaging with any of your other contacts? Thanks for letting us know. You can Check your device's software version by following the steps at the link provided. Please let us know what software version is shown on both of the cell phones. Also, is your husband able to use Advanced Messaging with any of his other contacts? Please let us know.

I have an S9 and none of these solutions worked, advanced messaging button is on, the mobile data thing isnt even an option on my phone
