Advanced messaging not working on Note9

I'm having some trouble setting up my advanced messaging.

The option is there in my Samsung messaging app at the very top under settings.

Though you can see the advanced messaging at the top

you cannot click on it.

Anyone know how to solve this?

Please make sure that you aren't using Smart Limits and that you don't have any SMS, MMS or data blocks on your account; these features will have to be removed in order for advanced messaging to work.
