Add a Samsung s10e to current plan

Was told adding a Samsung s10e to current unlimited plan would cost $35/month. While trying to build a cart it showed cost of phone and plan to be approx $60/month

  • Could you tell us which unlimited plan are you currently on? Is it the Unlimited Elite, Unlimited Extra, or Unlimited Starter? 
  • Are you buying the Samsung s10e out right or on installments?

@Noles4life  Are you sure the estimate wasn’t including the activation fee which would increase your next bill one time?    

 

Adding a new line also depends on the plan and how many line it has now.  
for example:  Current unlimited Starter single line is $65 and 2 lines is $120.  

1 line,  70+40-10-35 = $65

2 lines, 70+40+40-10-10-10 = $120.
Each additional line drops the price per line even lower.

Thank you for the transcript. The $35 would be the monthly access fee. The credits for the Samsung S10e will begin within two to three bill cycles. The charges for the device before the credits kick in will be credited back to you on the bill once everything goes through.

Great.  2 who work for AT&T that didn’t gather correct information before making a statement that may or may not be correct.  
   I’m not going to make the same mistake, but you have not provided sufficient information.

what plan do you have?  It’s on your bill, it has a name.

How many lines do you have?  As on my previous post, the line access may be $40 or $35, but the number of lines may change your plan and multiline discounts.
