Ok folks i need help. My samsung galaxy mega wont charge when i plug it in. If the charge port is damaged somehow,( not from liquid or anything like that), 1), is thatcovered in my insurance and 2), can that be repaired or do I have to get another phone?

Don't know anything about the insurance part.
The charging port can be repair, but I don't know how much it will cost in USA & Canada.

Are you using a Samsung charger and the original battery? It might be covered by your warranty, you can visit a Device Support Center (You can find one here), they will be able to check it for you, I recommend doing that first. If it's not covered for any reason, you can send it to a Samsung Repair Facility (tinyurl.com/ojv53ez) or file an insurance claim.
