Good morning @Rivertime54,

Welcome to the Community Forums. I’m sorry to hear you are having an issue with pairing your head phones to your phone. It would be my pleasure to help get this problem resolved.

The first thing I would try is to turn your phone completely off and back on. This will refresh the network connections. If the restart does not work, the next thing to try would be to turn off the connection to you head phones. You can do this by going to Settings> Wireless & Networks> Blue Tooth Settings. Please turn your connection off and then back on.

Also you can try to connect a different Bluetooth device to the phone. This will let you see if there is an issue with the headphones themselves. I hope this information has helped.

Thank you for your time and have a fabulous day!

Thanks for the reply As it ends up, my new Go Phone was not compatible with the Beats Solo 3 Headphones, because the Blue Tooth connectivity was only a 2.0 version. It could not communicate with the headphones. I got a different phone.
Only having the Go Phone for 48 hours though did not prevent me from being charged a $45 restocking fee...that did not make me happy!

Hello again @Rivertime54,

I’m so sorry to hear about this! I would be as upset going through this trouble as well.

Normally you wouldn’t have to deal with compatibility issues on Bluetooth headphones; it is definitely not something you should worry about unless you have an older device. I apologize in this instance, it was an issue. However, I am glad to hear you were able to exchange your device and get it taken care of, even though it ended up resulting in the restocking fee.

Please let us know if you have any other concerns or need assistance!
