Update for Galaxy Tab

I have a Galaxy Tab E and the update shows it as being current. However according to the website, the current update is for May 2018. The update on my phone says July of 2017. I went into a store for helped and I pretty much got dismissed.  I have contacted online support and they sent me chat links but they will not load. I am not sure what else to do.
