Unlocking an AT&T a Samsung S5 phone
I was graciously given the code number to unlock an AT&T non customer locked phone. Now I receive the message - Phone not allowed MM#6. What are the next steps to take to unlock this phone and have use of it? Thank you for your help.

hi blueser,
take your phone to your local AT&T or Cricket Wireless store. They will be able to unlock the phone for you. This recently happened to me and within a few minutes it was all fixed.
