Suspended Inactive Mailbox Problem
Dear ATT, I logged back into my att email account that I haven’t used since 2009. I can send emails to my friends but when they email me back it tell someone them “undeliverable” and later in the returned message it references that my account is a suspended inactive inbox. This was frustrating at first and then I read an answer from you guys in here how I would have to wait 24 to 48 hours for my account to be reactivated and I did, and I waited 72 hours and 96 hours and it’s been a while now and still nothing. Is there something you can do because I used this email in 2009 to sign up for something and I can’t open it back up without receiving the confirmation email from them in my att inbox. Help?
