Hello @Walidjoker123,
I’m sorry to hear you are having difficulties with updating your device! I know how important it is to have your phone updated with the latest and greatest features, I would be glad to assist with this.
To fix this error, I recommend clearing the cache partition on the phone first, before retrying the update again. This resolves most issues which may arise. To clear the cache, please perform these steps:
Turn the device off.
Press and hold the Volume Up, Power and Home buttons at the same time until the Android logo appears, and the phone vibrates.
Release the Power button but continue to hold the other buttons.
Use the volume buttons to scroll down to highlight Wipe Cache Partition.
Press the Power button to confirm
Scroll down to Yes and press the Power button
Scroll to Reboot System Now and press Power
If you are still unable to update, you may need to have the update pushed out manually to your device. This can be done at any Best Buy store location including the Samsung Experience kiosk.
I hope these steps help in getting your software updated! If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
