Sending/Receiving Calls Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge
I have not been able to call or receive phone calls for the past week on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. I have service, my software is up to date, airplane mode is off, call forwarding is off, and there are no blocked numbers on my block list. When I went to the website, those were things it said to check. I have also restarted the phone multiple times and still nothing. I took it to a local AT&T store and the lady updated the software and tried a new SIM card. She told me she didn't know what the issue was and gave me a warranty number to call, which I have yet to do. I have not tried factory resetting it yet because I want that to be the last option, due to losing photos and things. Please help!

Thank you for posting the steps you have taken and for trying our AT&T troubleshooting tool. May I ask if this problem occurs at a specific location or everywhere? We want to make sure you are not being affected by a possible network outage in your area.
If this only happens at home, I recommend using our AT&T Mark the Spot app to report service issues; this way we can investigate the area.
Another option is to take the device to a local Device Support Center where we offer in-person assistance with equipment issues and warranty services. Please use our Store locator tool to find the nearest location in your area.
If you are unable to find a local center, Samsung also provides technical assistance at Best Buy locations where Samsung Experience is offered.
