Samsung Galaxy Note 4 International Version

Hello,

I am currently working in China and would like to purchase a Samsung Note 4 to use while I am here.  I will be returning to the U.S. at the end of the year, and I would also like my new phone to work with my current AT&T contract back in Minnesota.  The specs for the phone are:

2G (GSM) GSM850, GSM900, DCS1800, PCS1900; 3G (UMTS) B1(2100), B2(1900), B5(850), B8(900)

4G FDD LTEB1(2100), B2(1900), B3(1800), B4(AWS), B5(850), B7(2600), B8(900), B17(700), B20(800)

Will this phone work on my AT&T 4G LTE plan in Minnesota?  Thanks.
