Insurance
Since when did the insurance for all your devices we pay 35.00 a month for have a 2 claim limit?
I have a 900 phone replaced once and now the screen is broken again. Since I replaced the tablets on my account they say I cannot replace my phone. Why am I paying 35 a month for insurance for all of my devices (2 tablets & a phone) if i cant file a claim if something were to happen such as fire, theft or some other issue involving all 3 devices!!!

Hello @Maegurl31
Having device protection for all of your devices is the best way to go in case of any specific accidents!
When having the Mobile insurance and mobile protection pack, indeed there will be a two claims limit within 12 consecutive months. After the the second claim has been used, you will have to wait 12 months again to qualify after the last claim.
There is a available option which is the AT&T Multi-Device Protection Pack which covers up to 3 devices and 6 claims within the 12- month period. The coverage includes eligible mobile devices, tablets, and laptops.
You can also visit our AT&T Protection Options Article for additional information.
We hope this helps, and you have a wonderful day!

@Maegurl31 Att does not control Asurion. The multi device plan says 6 claims, not 2. You have to complain directly to Asurion.
