I lost my pay as you go AT&T ZTE so I had another AT&T samsung galaxy s5 active phone that is also unlocked and I bought a replacement Sim card and called customer service they transferred my service to my new Sim card and my new device and it worked for about 10 minutes then my phone started saying insert Sim card and now my service will not work I can't even call customer service
