There are a few ways to track or locate a phone. These can be extremely helpful in cases where the device might have gone missing.
You can use the Google Device Manager to locate the device. This will allow you to find the phone, ring it, lock it or erase it.
If the device was registered for a Samsung account and set up for find my mobile, you can use their Find My Mobile webpage to locate the device.
Lastly if the line has the mobile device insurance on it and the Pro Tech Support app has been previously downloaded on the device, you can go to the website to locate the device.

It's android device manager. You need the google account and password for the user and it has to be installed on the phone to work.
