Galaxy S8+ Device Unlock
I bought a ATT Galaxy S8+ by paying outright price and would like to unlock it. But the unlock system throws me a error regarding IMEI doesnt match to a wireless phone or tablet. Contacted @ATTMobility through here and the reply i got is this
" I completely understand your point and we really want to help you with this, However, regarding the device's information we will be able to get it unlocked once we complete the 6 months since the device has been purchase as a Go Phone device. I understand the device is not attached with the line that we have activated under the Go Phone account and I was checking more options to help you with this however the system is showing the device is under a Go Phone Price."
Im a prepaid customer and clearly my phone isnt subsidized by GoPhone and i would like a exception in this case.
Kindly help me out.
