I have literally attempted to order the Galaxy Note 9 three different times , twice online and my finally attempt over the phone. The first time the website timed out and took my money! I received no confirmation email so I ended up having to cancel the order and wait almost a week for a refund! My second attempt my money was taken from my account and I was told after the fact that I would have to pay a deposit! I had to then cancel that order as well , third times a charm , I spoke with a rep that then successfully helped me place the order over the phone , but still haven’t received anything about my order shipping! I went from delivery dates to now no delivery dates , and no one has any answers , I forgot to mention I’m doing this with all the intent to change my current provider T-Mobile but I’m not even sure if it’s worth it considering no one has any answers!! WHERE IS MY PHONE AND WHY HASNT IT SHIPPED! It’s still stuck in progress!
