Cell Service Disappeared

About two months ago my cell service disappeared in Perry, GA.  I have to use wifi calling in the evening when I get home from work.  I work in Warner Robins, GA and have 2 or 3 bars on my phone most of the time but as soon as I get home to Perry, GA  ( 12 miles away ) cell service evaporates on my phone.  I have made sure that my software is up to date, airplane mode is turned off, etc etc. This is a new issue and I am wondering if it has to do with a cell tower or is there something I can do to restore my cell service while I am at home in the evenings.  Thanks so much in advance for any help offered.

Hello @Asweetdiversion,

I see you are experiencing some issues accessing your service on your device. We are sorry to hear about this and we would be more than happy to assist you with this today!

It great to hear you have already started basic troubleshooting. Just to inform you we have our AT&T Troubleshoot and Resolve tool online you can use to get step-by-step assistance in all device issues. You can access this webpage to self-troubleshoot your mobility devices services. It great to hear you have already started basic steps to finding a resolution.

I would also like to inform you of our AT&T Mark the Spot application. With this application you can mark a spot with bad cellular services and we can have our technicians run some troubleshooting on the tower. This will help us take a look on what may be happening with our tower.

If you still have trouble with accessing your mobile services after these troubleshooting steps. Feel free to message us @ATTHelp and we would be more than happy to reach out to you and take a look at what may be causing a disruption in your connections.

Have a wonderful day!
