I understand how important it is to be able to use the Air command app. We definitely want you to be able to use all of the features of your Note 4. I’ll be happy to help!
In my research I found a solution which works for many others. Simply follow these steps.
· Take out S Pen
· Go to accessibility
· Follow vision
· Switch Access - On then Off
· Hover zoom - On then Off
· Click S Pen button keeping it over the screen - - Check for Air Command Menu Returning
Another solution if the above steps do not work, we can perform a factory reset of the device. This would be like giving the phone a fresh start.
