Access Denied issues

I have a new unlocked Galaxy S8 and for the most part it works fine.  However, when I try to open the YouTube app I get an "Access Denied" Screen.  The same thing happens when I try to use Samsung Internet.  I can get on the internet using Chrome and can go to You Tube via Chrome.  I can access the Internet through Google Play Music as well.  But if someone sends me a text or email with a link to You Tube I get Access Denied screen.  I have reset the phone - didn't have an effect.  I tried to delete the affected apps so that I could reinstall them, but it won't let me uninstall them.  I'm at my wits end. Help!

Do you have location services on?

Youtube requires it for the age/country issue.

Also check in app management for permissions you may have turned off for Samsung Internet and Youtube.
