Uverse gateway configuration for NAS

I'm trying to get my gateway configured for using my QNAP NAS unit remotely.  There are 4 or 5 different ports listed for services such as SSL, HTTPS, FTP, etc.  I know to go to the 'firewall' section to open the ports.

My questions is about combining the needs in one 'user-defined application'.  Is that possible, to include all the ports in one application in the list?  Or do I have to create an application for each service?
