Uverse Wireless Gateway Manual

I have the Uverse Router made be PACE, Model 5031NV. I have a home network managed by a pre-existing Dlink Router which is now connected to the new to me Uverse Router. I am pleased how this is working except for not being able to reach some of my devices attached to the Dlink router from outside using a DynDNS.

Basically, the Uverse router is not letting traffic through to the Dlink router, and I can't figure out how to configure it to allow this traffic to pass. When I interact with the Uverse router, it appears to have options for this, but I don't have the manual to learn about its settings. The tab Settings->Broadband->Link Configuration  has a section "Supplementary Network" with a couple of settable items "Add Additional Network" and "Add Cascaded Router" that appear to provide the functionality I want. However, I can't figure them out.

My questions: 1) Can I get a link to the manual that explains these features and how to set them?

2) Any help with Dlink router settings to achieve this (I feel the problem is with the Uverse router, since my ability to reach devices was working with my previous DSL modem attached to the Dlink router)?

Thanks for any help...  Al

Solution received and it works. Namely, use DMz after selecting the internal home network router, then reboot the internal router which is assigned an external ip address.

Thanks

It turns out this solution has what appears to be a side-effect that may be a bug somewhere in the gateway or in the way VoiP is done. When DMz+ is on, long distance calls are not possible; local calls are OK. ATT replaced my gateway to see if the first gateway was defective and that did not fix the problem. Therefore, Once my Dlink router is set as a DMz+, long distance calls are not possible.
