Trouble with UVerse Router and Ethernet detection

I have a 2wire 3801 and am trying to connect a Lutron SmartBridge to control lighting, etc. I am plugging the cable to all ethernet ports and it will not detect anything. What am I doing wrong?

Hi jenlobo,

I recommend trying a different Ethernet cable while making your connections. I would also like to find out if other devices are able to connect using the Ethernet ports such as a PC. Please send me your account information to ATTU-verseCare to research your situation further and in case I have to replace your gateway.

No other devices are connected using any ethernet ports. I've tried everything.

Did you mean will connect or are connected?   The question was basically this: as a diagostic step to make sure the RG and the Ethernet ports are working, can you connect a PC or something to them and confirm you can get to the Internet?  That way we're not working on a problem specific to connecting to your bridge when the issue is really something else.
