Port Forwarding

I recently just switched over from a different ISP that allowed me to use a 3rd party router. I had been able to customize ports i had to forward to allow my camera network to be used. Everything had worked fine. After switching i was required to use an ATT NVG589 Router/Modem. After looking through the settings, i see that the att router has already set up the required port forwards under the NAT/Gaming section for the dvr.  Although it seems that everything should work, it doenst. The camera network server im using is i-dvr.net. Any suggestions?

@steve1135 See if this 589 manual helps:

Hi @steve1135 ,

Another thing you can try is to put your 3rd party router behind ours. Just make sure your 3rd party router is in DHCP mode, but you can leave all the other settings the same. Here is a great post that goes over the router behind router setup.

Hope this helps.
