Huge Volume Problem!
Hi!
Please help!
I just got a new remote, and had it for a few days... I then realized that it wouldn't turn on/off the TV or regular volume because it wasn't programed.
So, I programed it, but, while doing it, the AT&T sound that I could control was all the way down.
Now I can't ge the sound on because I have no control over the AT&T sound anymore. Just the TV sound which won't effect the volume untill the AT&T sound is up.
Hopefully I can do something, or maybe just get a new unprogramed remote.

To control the speaker volume of the U-verse box itself:
1) Press and hold the AT&T button on the remote.
2) Press the OK button and release it and the AT&T button at the same time. All the universal lights will flash twice.
3) Type 955. The AT&T button will flash twice.
4) Press the ENTER button in the lower right hand corner
5) Now you can use the VOL button to turn your U-verse box all the way up.
Once you get it set how you want, set the remote back to control the TV volume instead of the U-verse box. To do that:
1) Press and hold the AT&T button on the remote.
2) Press the OK button and release it and the AT&T button at the same time. All the universal lights will flash twice.
3) Type 955. The AT&T button will flash twice.
4) Press the TV button. The TV button will flash twice.
5. Press the AT&T button
