On at least two different occasssions, I have turned on everything for watching TV only to get a message that Uverse TV is not currently available. I have to select the option to restart the receiver and then wait 2-3 minutes for it to come back up. Trying to figure out why this keeps happening.

The power light is not on but the link light is green. I turn the TV set on and it shows a scene with " Press OK to watch TV ". I push OK on the remote and nothing happens.

While watching TV I tried to fast forward but the DVR kept freezing up giving the message "DVR is working, try later". When it finally unfroze all of my recordings were erased. I rebooted twice but the recordings have not returned. But, they all show up as recorded on my U-Verse app on my iPhone. Any solutions?
