My main ATT Uverse box needs to be replaced because of high pitched whine emitting from box. I understand from ATT Uverse that all recordings will be lost when I replace the box and there is no way to transfer the recordings to the new box. Any solutions for saving recordings on existing box?

We keep having trouble with our TV freezing or skipping. It is very annoying and we are about to the place where we are going to cancel it. I have restarted the system and checked all the connections.it is still doing it.

I have tried repeatedly to connect a blu-ray player that has netflix and other apps to the wireless receiver. I have been able to get it to work briefly in the past, but now I can't get a connection. This receiver shows full signal strength and plays TV programming and dvr recordings fine. My blu-ray keeps showing no IP address found.

I really thought going with AT&T would be better than cable but there are downsides. The installer put the unsightly box on the wall of my living room connected with a bright green cord to the uverse box.
